【摘要】院級教學督導具有專業針對性強，監管更全面、督導更深入等特點，可有效彌補校級教學督導的特點。本文調查與分析了院級教學督導的產生形式、院級督導的任務與職責、院級督導與院領導工作的協調情況、院級督導工作過程中的主客觀障礙分析、院級督導工作的滿意度、院級督導工作過程中的問題，並提出了相關建議。

【abstract】school-level teaching supervision has the characteristics of strong professional pertinence， more comprehensive supervision and deeper supervision， which can effectively make up for the characteristics of school-level teaching supervision. this ***** investigates and analyzes the formation form of school-level teaching supervision， the task and responsibility of school-level supervision， the coordination between school-level supervision and school-level leadership， the analysis of subjective and objective obstacles in the process of school-level supervision， the satisfaction of school-level supervision and the problems in the process of school-level supervision， and puts forward relevant suggestions.
