李鳳平教材分析
本課時是小學三年級下冊pep unit 3 at the zoo第一課時。主要內容是：let』s talk、let』s learn和let』s do三部分。
四個單詞fat、thin、tall、short和乙個句子「 look at that…」 「 it』s so…」句型來進行交流，並能在真實情境中靈活運用。
本單元的六課內容都是圍繞著形容動物外形的形容詞，以及相關的型進行交流，編者為孩子們設計的交流讓學生可以結合生活並且進行問答，用看、聽、說、玩、練的形式使學生在愉快活潑和自信的情緒中保持積極的學習態度，養成良好的英語學習習慣。
學情分析
小學三年級學生思維活躍，有極強的好奇心，樂於參與遊戲，但是又會有些膽小、注意力不容易集中，所以在課堂活動的設計中要積極引導，運用形式多樣的教學方法調動學生的積極性，通過童話故事、創設情境、完成任務、遊戲等形式，優化課堂教學結構，促成教學多維互動，學生能夠增強學習興趣，提高課堂效率。
知識目標
學生能聽、說、認讀四個單詞fat、thin、tall、short和乙個句子「 look at that…」 「 it』s so…」
技能目標
學生聽、說、做、讀的能力，並在實際情景中的自然交流能力。
情感目標
① 學生能以得體的方式與人交流。

創設情境：
miss white, zhang peng and amy are going to the zoo today. do you want to go with them? let』s go to the zoo!
