wolf狼（複數：wolves）

elephant大象 (母音發音開頭因此「乙個」 用 「an」)

deer鹿 （雖然也是可數名詞，但是單複數乙個樣，不用像其它單詞那樣加s）
deer can run very fast. 鹿能跑得很快。
can you see a deer on the farm?你能在農場上看到鹿嗎？ no，i can』t. 不，我不能。
camel駱駝
a camel can walk a long way in desert. 駱駝能在沙漠裡走長時間的路。
what do camels do in desert? 駱駝在沙漠裡幹什麼？ they carry goods for people.它們為人們運貨物。
owl貓頭鷹
an owl doesn』t sleep at night. 貓頭鷹晚上不睡覺。
owls are the enemies of mice. 貓頭鷹是老鼠的敵人。
peacock孔雀
peacocks are very beautiful animals. 孔雀是非常漂亮的動物。
look！a peacock is dancing there. 瞧！乙隻孔雀正在那兒跳舞。
swan天鵝
a swan lives in the lake. 天鵝住在湖中。
the dancing girl looks like a swan. 這個跳舞的女孩看上去象乙個天鵝。
giraffe長頸鹿

don』t feed the giraffes in the zoo. 不要喂動物園裡的長頸鹿。
zebra斑馬
