2：表示過去一段時間內經常性或習慣性的動作。
常與表過去的時間狀語連用：yesterday昨天，last night昨晚，last month上個月，last week上週，last year去年，段時間+ago ...之前，just now剛才...
構成：動詞使用過去式
動詞過去式的規則變化：
1.直接在動詞詞尾加ed（清子音後讀[t],濁子音和母音後讀[d]，在t和d後讀[id]）
例如：look-looked work-worked play-played
point-pointed want-wanted
2.以e結尾的動詞，直接加d
例如：like-liked dance-danced
3.以子音字母+y結尾，先變y為i,再加ed
例如：study-studied try-tried dry-dried
4.重讀閉音節，並且末尾只有乙個子音字母，從後往前數，符合輔元輔的單詞，先雙寫末尾的子音字母，再加ed

句式：1.有be（was/were）的句子
例如：i was a doctor last year.去年我是一名醫生。
she was very happy yesterday.她昨天很開心。
you were at home last night.你昨晚在家。
變否定句：在be(was/were)後加not, was not可以縮寫為wasn't, were not可以縮寫為weren't.
例如：i was not a doctor last year.去年我不是一名醫生。
she wasn't happy yesterday.她昨天不開心。
變一般疑問句：（1）把be(was/were)提前大寫。（2）句號變問號。（3）回答：肯定回答yes,主語+be.否定回答no,主語+be not.(縮寫形式)
例如：were you a doctor last year?去年你是一名醫生嗎？
yes, i was.是的，我是。no, i wasn't.不，我不是。
2.有行為動詞的句子用動詞過去式
例如：i played basketball with danny last night.我昨晚和丹尼打籃球。
she walked to shool yesterday.她昨天走路上學。
they went on a trip to beijing last year. 他們去年去北京旅行。
變否定句：請助動詞did幫忙,在did後加not,可縮寫為didn't。原句中的動詞打回。例如：
i didn't play basketball last night.我昨晚沒有打籃球。
she didn't walk to school yesterday.她昨天沒有走路上學。
they didn't go on a trip to beijing last year.他們去年沒有去北京旅行。
變一般疑問句:（1）請助動詞did幫忙，把did提前大寫。（2）原句動詞過去式打回。
