三、語法詳解----形容詞的比較等級
大多數的形容詞都有三個級別：原級、比較級、最高端。其中只能修飾原級的詞 very, quite, pretty, really, too, so, enough.
比較級表示「更……」，用於兩者之間的比較，用來說明「前者比後者更……」，比較級前面一般用much, even, a little，still，a lot，any等修飾，其中even, much 只能修飾比較級。而than 則只能用於比較級。最高端表示「最……」，用於三者及三者以上之間的比較，用來說明「某人或某物在某個範圍內最……」.

1. 原級
① a=b as + adj.+as
he isi/me. 他和我一樣高。

② a≠ b not as/so +adj+ as

③ 表示倍數 once/ twice/ three times as + adj.+as
this room is as large as that one. 整個房間是那房間的兩倍大。
the earth is 49the moon.地球是月球的49倍大。
2. 比較級
① a > b 或a < b 比較級+than... /which（who）is+比較級…a or b？
which one isthe radio the movie? 收音機和電影，哪乙個更普及？
our classroom is bigger than我們的教室比他們的大。
注意：比較級前可加上表示具體數量差別的結構，表示具體「大多少，小多少，長多少等。
tom isthan his brother. 湯姆比他的弟弟大兩歲。
② 表示程度的遞增比較級 +and +比較級 ；more and more + 長單詞原級
the days are getting白天變得越來越長了。
our country is becoming我們的國家變得越來越美了.
③ 表示兩種情況同時變化 the +比較級......, the +比較級
we get togetherwe』ll be.=if we get
together more, we』ll be happier. 我們聚得越多，我們就會越高興。
④ 兩者中較......的 the + 比較級+ of the two
lily isof the twins.莉莉是這兩個雙胞胎中較高的那個。
⑤ 主語+v+比較級+than +any other +單數名詞+in （比任何其他的都更加...）
主語+v+比較級+than + the other +名詞複數+in （比任何其他的都更加...）
he is taller thanstudent in his class.他比他班級中其他的任何學生高。
= he is taller than the other in his class.
= he isstudent in his class.
注意 any (範圍外)/ any other(範圍內)
shanghai is bigger than city in china.上海比中國的任何乙個城市都要大。
shanghai is bigger than city in japanese.上海比日本的任何乙個城市都要大。
比較級錯誤辨析(在括號中判斷句子正誤t or f)
i．比較物件混淆不清
my bike is newer than you．（ ）
my bike is newer than yours．（ ）
[典型錯誤］此處比較物件是bike，而不是某個人。
my watch is more expensive than ______(you).我的手錶比你的貴。
ii．主格、賓格時有差異
一般說來，than後可接主格代詞，也可接賓格代詞。但有時，用主格和賓格卻有不同的含義。例如：
mother loves me better than he（loves me）．母親愛我勝過他愛我。
mother loves me better than him．母親愛我勝過愛他。
iii．注意比較級前的修飾語
your watch is very newer than mine．（ ）
［典型錯誤］very絕不可用來修飾比較級，常用來修飾比較級的詞有much，a little等
3. 最高端
① 主語+v+the +最高端 of/in....
ann isstudent in our class.安妮是我們班最好的學生。
② 主語+be +one of the +最高端+ 名詞複數 「最......之一」
beijing isin china.北京是中國最古老的城市之一.
③ 主語+ v +the first /second /third(序數詞) +最高端......
the yellow river is the secondlong) river in china.
注意：形容詞最高端前面有the，my等形容詞物主代詞，或是china』s等屬格修飾時，the可省略。例如：
kitty is my best friend. （best 最高端前面有my修飾，不在用the）
shanghai is china』s largest city. （largest 最高端前面有china』s修飾，不在用the）
