一 ：archibus系統「do demand work」模組功能列表。

2step：列出要給客戶實施的系統功能列表.
3step：根據系統功能和client需求去比對，確認需求.
4step：按照確定的客戶需求去調整archibus系統，已達到客戶所想要的目的.
二 ：需求調研內容
1：確定客戶設施管理部門的組織結構，角色分配。
◆ 使用者的建立，角色建立，及安全設定。
◆ 建立使用者，建立角色的表單，報表等。
◆ 系統使用者的層次結構。
2：為使用者指派角色。
為使用者分配許可權組。這樣可以明確系統所使用的角色。這樣讓系統有個統一的線索。功能更加清晰可用。
3：確定對應角色所對應的功能。
◆ 每個功能所對應的表單（form and report）
a) 請求表單確定（包括資料項fields）。
b) 請求表單試圖列表檢視。
c) 請求問題表單轉換為請求工單，審核。

2) 問題型別的定義.
3) 空間資訊的定義.
4) 員工資訊的定義（成本等資訊）.
5) 維護型別協議標準的定義.
6) 裝置維護標準的定義.
問題報表查詢格式。
問題請求中會有問題被駁回的情況。
d) 工單分配。（分配的狀態）自定義工單處理流程。
工單被駁回的處理情況。
工單分配報表檢視（需要是樣的報**式確認）
e) 工單處理。（改變狀態，留下備註）。表單的模型。

f) 質量檢測。（改變狀態，留下請求處理檢測結果）。表單模型。
問題處理最後的結果報表，彙總格式。
g) 員工資訊維護表單。

here is my structure for our needs analysis meeting this friday. please look it over and make sure there is nothing missing.
we will work through the following process:
1. gather data (see below)
2. analyze & prioritize
3. provide needs analysis doc.
we will need the following data from each stakeholder:
1. their role and responsibility
2. diagrams & descriptions of their existing workflows
3. representative emails showing interaction (describe all people's roles)
4. reports that are or could be useful. are there required reports from levels above?
5. where do you get your data to do your job? are there other systems you use often like powerschool, incoming emails, access database, other web-based system, etc?
6. do you personally use excel, access, etc to manage your personal work? please provide samples of these data sources.
7. what language are incoming/outgoing requests in?
8. what kind of information would you like to receive/provide to other departments?
