in 的用法比較多，在這裡只講這三個有共同的意識：『在...裡』的區別
in 在這個句子裡是介詞，表示『在...裡』
into 強調由外及內的過程，而in不強調
inside 『在...裡面』，有名詞，介詞，形容詞，副詞用法，在上面句子裡是名詞，而in 不能表示這種意識
in after within的用法：
we went there in six days. (過去時中in表....時間內)
新填加in the four months that he was active. 在他出現的這四個月裡。
we went there after six days. (過去時中after表....時間後)
we often do our homework after school. (固定片語, after class; after supper等)

as like 用法區別：
as a young man, you should study hard. (as指「身份」或「資格」，意為「作為，看作」等用於說明同一關係，即兩者實為一體)
he works like a worker. (用於說明相似關係，但不相同)
as when while 用法區別：
as「當...時候」是連詞，引導時間狀語從句時，兩個動詞不分先後，而指並列發生，尤指兩個動作或事件同時發生。
when「當...時候」，即可表示某一點時間，也可以表示某一段時間引導從句時,從句的動作可以與主句的謂語同時發生，也可以在其後發生。
while 「當...時候」只能可以表示某一段時間，不能表示某一點時間,謂語動詞只能是延續性動詞,而且只能與主句中的謂語動詞同時發生。
she came along as she sang.
they were talking when the bell rang.
while they were talking, the bell rang.
as for since because 用法區別：
as 語氣最弱，只能說明一般的因果關係，意為「由於」，放在主句前後均可，從句說明原因，主句說明結果。
for是並列連詞，意為「由於，因為」，不能放在句首，引導的並列句起補充說明作用，分句前用逗號隔開。
since 比 because 語氣弱，意為「既然」 常放在句首，表示從句內容是推斷的理由或原因已為人所知。
because語氣最強，它側重說明原因，常放在主句後。在回答why提問的句子時，只能用because.
as it snowed, i had to stay at home.
it rained yesterday, for the ground was wet.
since you are not feeling well, you may stay at home.
i』m sorry i』m late, because the traffic is too bad.
also too either 的用法區別：
also常用於肯定句中，並緊靠動詞
too沒有also 正式，常放在句末或句中，句末時，要用逗號隔開；句中時，前後都要用逗號隔開
either常用在否定句中，並放在句尾
he can also swim.
he can swim, i can swim, too.
he can』t swim, i can』t swim either.
die dead death dying的區別
die 意為「死」，是不及物動詞，也是非延續性動詞，不能與一段時間狀語連用，如for …since…等
dead 是形容詞，「死的」，表狀態，可做定語或表語。be dead英語表示時間狀語連用，代替die
death 名詞死，死亡
dying 是die的現在分詞，也是形容詞，意為「垂死的，要死的」
