秘訣2經典「三最口腔肌肉訓練法」
——最大聲；最清晰；最快速
「三最」法就是最大聲；最清晰；最快速地反覆操練句子或短文以達成地道美語「脫口而出」。
這種練習只要稍微堅持，便可出現明顯效果。經過這種培訓的學生根本不知道害怕講英語，就算是在初次和外國人交流是比較緊張，但由於平常接受的是「超級激烈的」極端訓練，一緊張，害怕便產生了神奇的效果：
「最大聲」變成了正常的音量（normal volume）；
「最快速」變成了優雅的語速（elegant speed）；
「最清晰」變成了「模模糊糊」(ambiguous;vague)的地道英語（genuine english）最高境界
三最短文精彩操練：
everybody』s business is nobody』s business
there are four people named everybody, somebody, anybody and nobody. there was an important job to be done and everybody was asked to do it. everybody was sure that somebody would do it.
anybody could h**e done it, but nobody did it. some body got angry about that because it was everybody』s job. everybody thought anybody could do it, but nobody realized that everybody wouldn』t do it.
it ended up that everybody blamed somebody when nobody did what anybody could h**e done.
有四個人分別叫做：「每個人」、「某個人」、「任何人」和「沒有人」。有一次，他們每個人都要被要求去完成一件重要的工作。
大家都相信某個人會去做這件事。其實，任何人都可以完成這項工作的，但就是沒有人去做。某個人對此感到非常氣憤，因為這是大家的任務。
每個人都認為任何人可以完成這件事，但沒有人認識到大家都不會去做這件事。結果呢，當沒有人去做其實任何人都可以做到的事情的時候，每個人都在抱怨某個人。

秘訣4一口氣訓練法
當美國人講話的時候底氣很足，令人羨慕！為什麼呢？因為他們講話時用的是腹腔、胸腔、喉腔、口腔、鼻腔「合五為一」所以底氣十足。
我們中國人講話使用的是嘴巴，沒有底氣，說話時發音不飽滿，力量不足。所以我們中國人要想說一口地到流利的英文，必須在「五大發音秘訣」和「三最口腔肌肉訓練法」之後，再用「一口氣訓練法」瘋**練。
做法很簡單：你只要深呼吸，然後再一口氣裡盡量多讀。經過一段時間的訓練以後，原來需要換幾次氣才能讀完的一句話或小短文，一口氣裡就能輕鬆讀完！

秘訣5調動腹部的力量
中國人習慣用嘴巴說話，顯得比較「單薄」，有氣無力；美國人習慣用腹部的力量說話，渾厚有力。這就是中國人說英語和英美人說英語的最大區別。
瘋狂做法：平時練習英語時，盡量運動腹部的肌肉，剛開始有點彆扭，堅持一下，便會產生效果。
