1． 含有be動詞的一般疑問句
教材典句：
1. is that your schoolbag ? 那是你的書包嗎？ no, it isn』t . 不，它不是。

以上三個句子都是含有be動詞的一般疑問句及其肯定或否定回答。
語法全解
1. 定義
一般疑問句是用來詢問事情或某種情況是否屬實，並需要對方用yes或no作出肯定或否定回答的問句。
2. 含有be動詞的一般疑問句的結構及其答語：

. 一般疑問句中主語為this/ that 時，答語中主語用it。
is this/ that your pen ? yes, it is./ no, it isn』t .
這/那是你的鋼筆嗎？是的，它是。/不，它不是。
. 一般疑問句中主語為these/those 時，答語中主語用they.

這些/那些是他的書嗎？

3. 一般疑問句的朗讀：
語調：朗讀一般疑問句用公升調，其簡略答語用降調。
is that a baseball ? 公升調那是乙個棒球嗎？
yes, it is . 降調 / no, it isn』t . 不，它不是。
4. 將含有be動詞（am, is, are）的陳述句轉換為一般疑問句的規則：
將be動詞（am, is, are）提至句首（首字母要大寫），句末用問號。將陳述句中的主語i 改為you, 遇到形容詞性物主代詞my時將my改為your, 其他的通常不變。
i am zhang yang . 我是張陽。==》 are you zhang yang? 你是張陽嗎？
that is my bike . 那是我的自行車。==》 is that your bike ? 那是你的自行車嗎？
助記：含有be動詞的陳述句變一般疑問句
說明：「一調」即把be動詞調至句首；「二改」即把be動詞首字母大寫，再把原句首字母小寫（人名、地名等專有名詞除外），將人稱代詞i 改為you, 將形容詞性物主代詞my改為your；「三問號」即在句末加上問號。

疑問句中的主語由名詞充當時，其簡略回答中要用相應的人稱代詞主格來代替該名詞作主語。

對於含有be動詞的一般疑問句的簡略回答要注意以下幾點：
. 在肯定的簡略回答中，主語不能與be動詞縮寫在一起。
