一、公升級storage device list軟體
1、使用遠端桌面登入svp
svp預設ip位址一般是10.0.0.100
2、svp賬號登入
使用者名稱：svp；密碼：raid-login
3、停止svp服務
（1）點選【edit】按鈕
（2）點選【stop service】
（3）不勾選【start service automatically,when the svp is rebooted】
4、通過windows新增刪除程式刪除hitachi device manager軟體。
注：如果不行，按照以下步驟操作：
（1）需要刪除所有軟體（hitachi device manager、flash和j**a）；
（2）重啟svp；
（3）安裝軟體；
（4）重啟svp；
（5）新增儲存。
5、重啟svp
6、載入svp ***的iso檔案（如：到虛擬光碟機，右鍵點選【檔案，選擇【run as administrator】執行，83-01-21以後的版本，選擇【the setting has been completed,i will install and update the software later】
7、點選【edit】按鈕，選擇新的svp軟體版本檔案【位於svp ***的software目錄下），勾選【start service automatically, when the svp is rebooted】。
8、重啟svp。
9、檢查新的storage device list中web console軟體版本已經更新。
二、公升級firmware
1、點選storage device list，登入【hitachi device manager】
使用者名稱：maintenance；密碼：raid-maintenance
2、選擇【maintenance utility】中的【firmware…】
3、選擇【update】
4、選擇【later】和勾選【do not ask again until the next update is **ailable】（注：83-01-21以後的版本）
5、選擇firmware檔案位於svp ***的firmware目錄）。
6、公升級firmware開始
7、檢查firmware版本
