有一套汙水處理系統，已運營多年，現發現該系統1號2號3號氧化池部分填料支架出現鏽蝕，生物填料已經大大超出了使用壽命，出現破損和脫落現象，處理效率下降，不能適應日益增長的進水負荷的處理要求，需要對處理系統進行大修調整。

二、 設計原則priciple
1. 考慮生活汙水處理站原設計依據及目前設施的執行狀況；

2. 大修後汙水處理設施及裝置在執行上有較大的靈活性和可調性，以適應水質水量的變化；
operation in flexible and adjustable
3. 在維持原設施結構的基礎上，選擇先進和高效的裝置材料，使處理系統能跟上時代的要求；
select advanced and effective equipments
4. 注意在汙水處理站大修過程中動力裝置的減振、降噪和排風對操作環境及周邊環境的影響；
pay attention to the environment
5. 大修工作設計緊湊合理，儘量減少工程量，縮短施工工期，節省投資費用。

三、 大修方案panel
1． 大修內容content
針對汙水處理站存在的問題，及這些問題對處理的影響，根據其輕重緩急，列出以下維修專案：

(1) 更換1號、2號、3號氧化池填料及其曝氣系統;
update filling and aeration system
1號、2號、3號氧化池填料、曝氣系統由於已使用10多年,已經損壞嚴重.由於其大大超過了設計使用的年限,已影響到其處理效果.另外,填料的大量脫落,造成管道堵塞,因此,急需大修更換.

由於大修時,仍需保證一定的處理效果,大修時,將氧化池分成兩組,1號氧化池為一組,2號、3號氧化池為另一組.一組維修時,另一組繼續執行.

大修時,首先將池中汙水抽去,然後用大量的清水沖洗,並進行殺菌消毒處理,確認安全後,下池進行舊填料(包括支架)、曝氣系統的拆除,然後安裝新填料及曝氣系統.

(2) 外牆整修repair the wall
由於年久失修,部分外牆已經損壞嚴重,需要進行整修粉刷.
