（一）、預定
always confrim facts---the number of persons,the time ,the date ,special requirement ect.

（二）問候客人
to show the guests hw please you are to see them . use guest＇s name if you know,to personalize the contact.

（四）對餐桌不滿意

（五）、預定的餐桌被客人佔了
向預定的客人道歉並且通知他餐桌一般為客人留座15分鐘，並在客人預定時告知

（六）、展示選單
再次向客人表示感謝並立刻呈遞選單，協助客人看選單，並推銷廚師長特選

（七）、點菜服務
時刻關注客人，請不要將選單給客人後不管，過30分鐘後才點菜，注意客人的身體語言，他們可能在暗示需要您的服務，盡力向客人推銷菜品。
